Sponsorship

Sponsor the Sturgis 2021 Rally
For many years, Deaf Bikers rallied together at Sturgis - bonding through their love of riding in American Sign Language. Through the decades, the number of Deaf Riders has ballooned to well over 700+ and more. While our gatherings have always been informal, the sheer number of Deaf Riders in attendance has encouraged the Deaf Bikers of America Foundation to provide more infrastructure to support larger and more comfortable gatherings. This includes providing tented areas, food, rider safety outreach, merchandise, and opportunities for companies to reach a unique demographic in Deaf Bikers. Our rally tent is always free, inclusive, and welcoming to any Deaf Biker or anyone who shares our love for riding.

We are currently seeking donations from individuals and corporate sponsors and donations from brands. Any support that goes towards covering or reducing the costs of hosting a safe and free rally to support up to 1,000 Deaf Bikers would be welcome.

Thank you,

The Deaf Bikers of America Foundation
Sturgis 2021 Rally Committee

Tent & Facilities
We are looking for funding or an in-kind donation of a 20x100 tent where Bikers can gather. Sponsor-branded tents or in-kind donations of tents are welcome. Additional needs include a 20x20 stage, black curtains, 50" TVs, furniture rentals (Tables/Chairs, etc.).
Program & Entertainment
We will be providing a variety of entertainment, including catering and performances as a part of our programs. Funds or in-kind donations to support programs and events are welcome.
Event Operations
We work to provide clean, safe facilities and to offer clear communication regarding events to all riders. Logistical costs such as janitorial fees, as well as website/outreach costs, allow us to provide smooth event logistics.
Merchandise and Giveaways
Opportunities to promote your brand with Biker gear, merchandise, and sponsor-branded swag are welcome. Over 750 Deaf Bikers will gather.
